1. Eligibility for Returns: You may return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to make sure it gets back to us.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above, and place a new order for the desired item.
